Lately, I’ve been my sleep. I usually go to bed at 10 pm but the problem is I don’t fall asleep right away due to theA Woman Cannot Survive On Wine Alone She Also Needs Pickleball Shirt. And I don’t fall asleep until 11 pm …sometimes 11:30 pm. I wake up at 5:30 am. This gives me 6 hours of shitty sleep and the cycle begins again. I pushed my wakeup time to 6:30 am to get 7 hours of sleep….so I’ve felt better lately. But today I’m going to start going to bed at 9 pm. I’ll get my 8 hours that way even though I don’t get home till 7 pm (meaning 2 hours to myself! Woo hoo…) but hey the brain is important so probably worth it.
Naps are defiantly a luxury in 2019. If you have lots of time, I would highly recommend breaking yourself out of theA Woman Cannot Survive On Wine Alone She Also Needs Pickleball Shirt. And a nap if you need it. In addition to exercising, it’s one of the things you can do for your future. Cut caffeine for a week, don’t drink it after 3 PM or drink just decaffeinated if you sleep better you know what’s happening, also caffeine stays in the body for days so take it in the account, make weekends free of coffee for example. Sleeping 8 hours increases your life expectancy. Seriously.
I’ve been thinking about foraging on Sundays especially while hiking and picking enough to make a wine/cider out of whatever berries I find. It’s theA Woman Cannot Survive On Wine Alone She Also Needs Pickleball Shirt. I grew up in the countryside so I used to go mushroom picking. That’s quite interesting. Some people in my family in France also forage for truffles and have substantial veg gardens. My English grandmother used to make wine with forage. Thinking about it… nice memories! In all honesty, the reward is only there if you feel it’s a fun hobby. I don’t see much financial reward from it. If anything it can cost more… I do love finding wild thyme when I’m in the south of France, that stuff is amazing to cook with and you can’t buy it.
